Delivery Schedule

The Product(s) will be delivered to the address indicated within a period of three (3) to twenty three (23) days (only business days taken into account). The delivery time given to the Customer by luxecubancigars.com may vary depending on the country involved.

In case delivery is made and nobody is at the indicated address to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a note indicating that it was unsuccessful in making the delivery and that the Customer should come to recover the Products at a location specified by the carrier.

LuxeCubanCigars.com will not, for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the Products due to a Customers failure to collect the Products in a timely manner. Customers should accommodate to any laws or taxes applicable in their country and will take responsibility of any risks if they exist. Worldwide delivery guaranteed.

Shipping price is 35 USD or its equivalent in other currency. Shipments made via traceable airmail service. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. Depending on the products and amount ordered, there is usually a delay of 3-7 business days to provide the tracking number. Please note that according to US Law no Cuban cigars can be shipped into the US.

Conditions of use

    General obligations

    Luxecubancigars.com undertakes, once the order has been accepted, to sell the products set forth on the order (the “Products”) and to deliver the products ordered to the address indicated by the customer. In relation to the above, luxecubancigras.com undertakes to place the products with the carrier of its choice not later than seventy two (72) hours (only business days are taken into account) after the order has been accepted. If the product is not available for immediate shipping LuxeCubanCigars.com will advise the customer via e-mail or phone.

    3.2 Obligations of the customer:
    The Customer shall clearly indicate the address to which the products are to be delivered during business hours. The customer undertakes to pay the stated price for the luxecubancigars.com. Product delivery (price of the products plus transport), as well as to pay, or have paid, directly to the carrier any additional amount that might arise due to custom duties, value added tax or other taxes due upon import into the country where the Products are delivered.

    The Shipping time is approximate considered from the moment we ship the product from our warehouse to its destination. We are not responsible for extra time held in customs.
    5.1 Transfer of risk:
    The transfer of risk of the Products takes place when luxecubancigars.com provides the Products to the carrier.

    5.2 Customs Policies:
    LuxeCubanCigars.com does not take any responsibility if the import country charges any taxes at the moment that the goods be delivered in the customs offices, this funds would be paid by the customer.

    To USA citizens LuxeCubanCigars guarantee the delivery of cigars, but to do it LuxeCubanCigars dispatch cigars first and one week later lables,boxes and rings separately by ordinary mail, If customer want sealed boxes is necessary do payment by bank transfer or Western Union, due that LuxeCubanCigars does not take any responsability if customs seize the package.

  • Article 6:
    Invalidity – Applicable law

    If any one of the clauses of these general terms and conditions are, for whatever reason, declared invalid or invalidated for any reason, this will not affect the application or the validity of the other clauses.
